Q1: How many students are there in a class? average of 8 student per class .
Q2: Who are your tutors? Our academic work force comprises of experienced full-time tutors
Q3: Can I pay the tuition fees end of the month? No. Tuition fees are to be paid by/on the 4th
working day of the month.
Q4: Is the Registration Fee , Material Fee and Deposit refundable at any given point of time?
No, it is not.
Q5: Do you accept half month payment should I register late? It is subjected to the
Management’s approval on a case-to-case basis.
Q6: Do you provide replacement classes should a class fall on a Public Holiday affecting Kuala
Lumpur? No, we don’t.
Q7: Do you provide replacement classes should a class is canceled by you? Yes, we do.
Q8: How will you inform us about cancellations or changes in the schedule of classes? In such
events, we will call the contact number provided to us (during the time of registration) to
furnish the necessary information or updates. However, we strongly urge students and
parents/guardians to equip us with the appropriate contact information during the time of
registration, as well as, should there be changes in the time to come.
Q9: Do you provide classes during school holidays? Yes. Attendance is compulsory. However,
this may not apply during November/December school holidays, unless otherwise specified.
Q10: Can we (parents/guardian) meet you to discuss our child’s academic progress? Yes. But
you are encouraged to call us for an appointment in order to avoid inconveniences for both
Q11: How do you ensure the safety and well-being your students? We have a standard set of
Rules & Regulations for students and parents/guardians, which stipulates general issues as well
as safety issues, that both students and parents/guardians must adhere to, failing which, we
will not be liable towards any consequence arising from negligence and failure to comply on
the part of the students or parents/guardians.
Q12: How can I get more information about the subjects and fees? Please call, e-mail or walk-
in. However, we encourage you to walk-in to obtain better clarification. We do not provide web-
base brochures or catalogues.
Q13: Is there any public transport to your centre? Yes, we are near to the Bangsar LRT station,
which is also a transit point for most public buses and taxis using Jalan Bangsar route. You may
refer to our location map in the ‘Contact Us’ section.
Q14: Is there any common landmark near your centre? Yes, we are adjacent to the Public
Mutual (Bangsar Branch); and opposite to the Pangsapuri KTMB, Bangsar Utama.
